Destoner machine is a specific gravity separator. In this machine, there is an adjustable silting plate attached to hopper for releasing the material
Dust collector suction box and separate blower airline are attached to hopper
Fan shaft, eccentric shaft and motor pulley at the base of the destoner run on V-belt, so the lower deck and upper deck of machine vibrates
Air comes at the base body through blower of the machine, then air reaches to the lower deck & upper deck and separates the heavy and light material
There is a net to separate heavy and light material
The machine needs less maintenance
This machine is made of heavy M.S. angle, CRC Sheet, shaft, Dust Proof Bearing and pulleys
